Digital Account Manager

Location – Shoreditch (London)

We are looking for an experienced digital account manager to implement and manage our client campaigns across social media, search, content and video marketing. This is a broad and influential role. If you are looking to develop your marketing skills in a fast paced environment, working within a truly innovative healthcare business then this is for you.

Working in a dynamic team for a recognised health brand, synonymous with quality and innovation you’ll be integral part of our Creative and Brand Strategy team, reporting to the CEO, and dive headfirst into a fast-paced environment. Superlative Storytelling Skills. You can tell a riveting story in 140 or 1,400 characters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement marketing toolkits for our clients and our own technology products.
  • Assist in the production of promotional collateral for national and regional promotions on behalf of our clients.
  • Manage monthly campaigns across social media, content, search and video marketing.
  • Increase revenue from existing client accounts.
  • Manage the department budget , ensuring that budgets are on track with the monthly forecast.
  • Execute on digital brand strategy, through creation of smart, on-brand social media content.
  • Plan and manage a social media calendar: deliver on deadlines and have a knack for sharp, real-time responsiveness and engagement.
  • Understand metrics and analytics behind content and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Assist management of content across our own video education platform.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse: stay ahead of emerging trends in health and social media.


  • Previous Digital Account Management Experience. (3 years minimum)

Technical Lead (1 – 2 days per week)

Location – Shoreditch (London)

A technical advisor/architect/developer who can scope the technical aspects of our projects – helping choose the right software tools and integrations as well as planning and overseeing the development process and project lifecycle. This role would be for 2 days per week starting soon and running for an initial 4 month period. This role would involve developing a technical specification with the project lead for a new mobile web TV platform and investigating 3rd party app integration. Understanding of API development, content delivery networks and online video publishing would be preferable.

Salary £650 – £750 per day depending on qualifications and level of experience.

Senior UX Designer (Contract position: 3 – 5 days per week)

We are looking for a strong, Senior UX Designer who can create compelling digital experiences through user analysis and observation, information architecture, prototyping and high-fidelity design comps.

This individual will provide the voice of UX within very technical projects and will be asked to simplify and reduce complex user experiences into simpler, more satisfying digital experiences which connect and delight our users.

At One Vision Health, our UX designers work closely within a team of product managers and technologists and developers to produce amazing digital and mobile experiences for some of the UK’s largest health brands.

Core skills:

Expert level expertise in Adobe Illustrator and/or Axure or other wireframe / prototyping tools.

We’d love to see:

  • Ideally 4 + years of experience at a top level Digital Agency, having led UX initiatives of major web applications
  • Extensive experience defining user journeys by leading the development of an application’s information architecture, taxonomy and user personas
  • Collaborate with users and subject matter experts to define and understand audience behaviour
  • Task analysis & user story mapping
  • Lead the production of wireframing, interaction diagrams & prototyping for the projects you work on
  • Extremely passionate about creating innovative online digital experiences
  • User testing for both products and prototypes

Other desirable skills:

  • Experience working in an Agile product delivery environment
  • Domain knowledge of Media / Ad Tech and the digital marketing process
  • Experience with UX for complex web applications, data management tools & data visualization reports
  • Visual design skills including style guides
  • HTML / CSS / JS knowledge and understanding

Business/project skills:

  • Advanced presentation skills, as you will have to present your work to team members and answer questions, criticisms and handle challenges knowledgeably
  • Ability to produce accurate time estimations for work
  • Capability to adapt deliverables/activities to suit the project type and timeline

Salary: £300 – £400 per day

Project Manager (Full Time)

Location – Shoreditch (London)

We are looking for a project manager from a programming background. You will be responsible for liaising with the sales team to create detailed project specifications and briefs. Once confirmed with the client, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, including but not limited to:

  • Creating wireframes and planning the projects
  • Setting deadlines and key deliverables
  • Briefing the designers and programmers (some in-house and some offshore)
  • Keeping track of progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Frequent contact with the client to keep them up to date and show progress where necessary
  • Maintaining quality control (testing, design etc)
  • Programming when need be

On average, you will be managing 5 -10 projects in various stages at any given time. In addition to managing projects you will also be required to make sure that One Vision Health maintains its competitive edge by researching and testing upcoming technologies and implementing them where they will be beneficial and cost effective to the business. The role is fast paced and requires the ability to adapt to different situations quickly.

Salary: £28k – £38k depending on qualifications and level of experience.

Senior PHP Developer (Full Time)

Location – Shoreditch: London

We are looking to hire a talented and passionate developer to join our team. You will work a variety of interesting projects from small mobile responsive web builds to large traffic websites. The PHP Developer / Web Developer (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS and WordPress) will be involved with innovative, bespoke development using the latest technologies and techniques.

  • Excellent technical expertise in web development technologies including C# MVC, HTML5, JavaScript (jQuery , AngularJS,  d3.js.), Java and Spring MVC.
  • Experience of mobile development within an appropriate field (Objective-C, Java, C#, Xamarin)
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, such as Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Maven), Code Analysis software (Sonar, Coverity).
  • Responsive design for mobile and tablet devices
  • Knowledge of Digital Content Management Systems and Graph/NoSQL databases
  • Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP)
  • Source Code Management (GIT, SVN)
  • Agile delivery experience essential (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent knowledge of industry direction and trends within Web and Mobile application development.

Digital Account Manager (Part Time)

Flexible Working Hours – 3 days a week increasing to full time position

Location – Shoreditch: London

Description: This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales background in IT or New Media who wishes to succeed in a small but dynamic, growing digital agency. You will be working with a small team of talented and experienced designers and developers working under the wing of our company Director. This role would ideally suit a smart, literate, well presented and educated graduate with sales experience, preferably with experience in a new media company. If you have a portfolio of past clients that you can tap into or have experience pitching to the Public Sector and Brand Name clients, you will be preferred for this position over others.

Job Role: Selling to companies that may require web design, web development, mobile apps and video services . You will be responsible for backing up our marketing efforts and reaching out to new and existing clients. Some account management of existing accounts will be required. If you can bring in and know how to close the prospects, our high quality work will sell itself – we truly believe we offer high quality work – better than the majority of our competitors.

Salary: Basic with excellent commission – OTE £30K+ (uncapped)
